Hatfield North Cllr Beth Kelly, Labour county spokesperson on Education and SEND with Cllr Nigel Bell, Leader of the Herts Labour Group and spokesperson for children’s services at the County council, both attended the SEND summit this Monday 15.

Beth Kelly said:

“I welcome this opportunity for all groups involved in SEND across the county, most importantly including parents and carers, coming together to give their views on how to improve on SEND outcomes across our county.”

Nigel Bell said:

“I have been involved in similar events in the county over the last 20 years, but I hope the opportunity is taken to take the positive ideas put forward to help those many families who have had to fight the system to get the best for their children.”
